Huurrecht
Ons dichtbevolkte Nederland wordt gekenmerkt door krapte in het woning aanbod. Mede als gevolg daarvan gelden er nogal wat regels op het gebied van het huurrecht. Het huurrecht kent soms huurbescherming toe, bij woonruimte, maar soms ook niet. Ook bij bedrijfshuur zijn de regels, zij het in mindere mate dan bij woonruimte, behoorlijk complex. Gedurende onze jarenlange ervaring in dit rechtsgebied heeft ons kantoor zowel voor huurders als voor verhuurders opgetreden. Wij weten daardoor precies welke belangen bij welke partij aan de orde zijn en kunnen daar goed op inspelen.
